Nathan was responsible for the development and delivery of training to business analysts within the organisation. He was responsible for the delivery of quality training to business analysts in both Canberra and Melbourne to ensure that processes and procedures are followed. The training provided was based on the organisations specific needs in the delivery of both system and organisational requirements and extended to the delivery of training in a variety of applications including the Object Oriented Modelling Tool "Enterprise Architect" and the Service Delivery tool "Unicenter Service Desk". Undertook a Job Performance and Training Needs Analysis of the Business Analyst profession. Designed and developed a Training Needs Analysis document which addresses the core fundamental competencies of a Business Analyst which will be used to develop a Business Analyst training course. Developed and delivered Business Analyst training material based on both the Job Performance and Training Needs Analysis of the Business Analyst profession. Training material consisted of both Business Analyst training manual, assessment content to be delivered to groups and individuals as well as presentation content to support the delivery of training. Working as a Business Analyst to design and develop e-Learning training material based on the Training Needs Analysis which was conducted by Apis Consulting Group for the Biometrics and Identity Section. During the project, Nathan was required to develop a flexible e-Learning solution that could be delivered to DIMIA staff on a National and International basis. The solution revolved around the utilisation of the Skillsoft™ e-Learning tool to provide an interactive training solution that could be delivered utilising the DIMIA infrastructure and current contractual agreement with Skillsoft™. Nathan’s work within the project included the design and development of the Identity Services Repository applications storyboards which was to be interpreted and developed by the Skillsoft™ development team. |
