Nathan has strong analytical skills and is an experienced problem solver. Nathan effectively researches issues and is able to offer solutions (both IT and non-IT based) that adhere to the broader organisational objectives. Nathan’s work requires him to take raw data and turn it into coherent requirements. This involves interaction with external organisations and internal stakeholders of different levels of understanding and sophistication. His diverse background gives him the skills necessary to analyse and extract the pertinent information and develop concepts and methodologies. Nathan’s previous experiences in Centrelink were quite specific and he handled that well. Working on a large portal application has exposed him to a much wider technical and business environment, which he has handled well.

He has the ability to learn quickly and challenge “accepted” procedures by presenting alternatives. Nathan has received training in the development of Business Requirements and Enterprise Architect (UML Development Tool) and is experienced at modelling and articulating solutions within agreed methodologies. Nathan has a gift of being able to use his IT knowledge to interpret and provide clear advice to both IT and Business managers.
