He was responsible for the authoring of the job performance analysis of the Business Analysis training course for Apis Consulting group, resulting in a complete training package focusing on the development of business analysts fundamental core competencies. He has also worked with the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs developing a comprehensive e-learning package for a new web based identity services application.
